This cocktail menu is popular during the Christmas Season, wine tasting functions and fundraisers. Choose from our popular hot and cold horsdeurves and bite sized appetizers. We also offer a delicious variety of dessert selections. Items are priced per dozen and with our professional service and creative presentation its sure to make an impression.

This is our version of a take out menu. Choose your menu for sandwich trays, Tradesman baguette combos or try our portable station to prepare omelletes for breakfasts or stirfrys for lunch and dinner.

This menu was created for large functions over 30 people. From your kitchen in your house or from a rented venue for a wedding reception or large Christmas party, you can choose from salad bar packages that could include carved beef by our Chef. We can provide our Creative Gourmet service to any number of people that your house or venue can hold.
